The long wait is over and the music is out. No, I’m not going to write another review when I can leave that to the experts.
All I can say is, braving the rain on a gloomy Sunday evening, leaving behind the warmth of your home, Narasu’s coffee and K3G on Sony Max was really worth the while.
I’ve been glued to my Sony discman ever since I’ve gotta copy of the CD and my favs are Tere bina, Ay hairathe, and the theme song (???) Jaage hain.
If the images from the lyrics booklet are to be believed, Tere Bina has been pictured at the Thirumalai Nayakar Mahal. Manirathnam’s love for the old relic continues in this film as well. In fact, he’s has done a better job at popularizing the Mahal then any Tourism ministry.
Imagine Ash running around the majestic pillers with ARR’s voice chanting “Dum dara dum dara mast mast dara” in the bg. And dont’ forget Rajiv Menon. He can do wonders with lighting.
Well, why wait, here’s a preview.
